Chloe McCulloch, Assemble Media Group’s Editorial Director, won the Editor of the Year (Business Media) prize at the illustrious PPA awards.
The PPA states that the Editor of the Year award ‘celebrates the editor of a B2B media brand or publication whose consistent brilliance and understanding of their industry sector has put their brand at the forefront of the market. They know their audience needs and deliver a high standard of content that is both trusted and helps their communities in their roles.’
Under Chloe’s brilliant guidance across our Building, Housing Today and Building Design brands, the editorial team has excelled, fostering impactful campaigns such as the Building The Future Commission, driven fantastic coverage of the built environment’s latest news and its most compelling stories, as well as providing value through intertwining insightful data and events with editorial content. She also volunteers through Mentoring Circle to improve her own understanding of diversity issues and is increasing the number of women and people from diverse backgrounds who have by-lined opinion pieces, are quoted in articles and are speakers at brand events.
The judges said the winner “yielded excellent results due to their thought out strategy delivering high quality journalism across a variety of initiatives and content streams.”
Chloe’s success is well-deserved. Assemble could not be prouder of her achievement and are fortunate to have her on the team.
